Colleges across America Go to War against Christmas

There’s no war on Christmas! You’ve heard it. I’ve heard it.

It’s a bold-faced lie.

Every year the left pours effort into their attacks on Christmas. They claim to be trying to make the holiday season more inclusive for everyone, but really they only try to infringe on Christians, and the most important holiday for us.

The truth is that Christmas can’t be made inclusive. It’s a religious holiday that exists solely to celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. The left clings to this idea that Christians publicly displaying their faith is destructive and harmful to others. It’s completely ludicrous, but it’s the foundation for their promotion of an ever more secular holiday season.

This is an unequivocal violation of religious freedom. College campuses do not have the legal right to prevent students from public displays of faith. That includes nativity scenes, Christmas trees and even red or green stockings.

Every college mandate that limits Christmas displays is a direct violation of the Constitution.

This offense is all the more enraging because colleges are subsidized so heavily by tax money. This all boils down to the simple intolerance of the left. They rely on moral arguments to push progressivism, and so they have to try and undermine the morality of Christianity at every opportunity. It’s ironic that they do all of this to promote the only religion not protected by the Constitution: atheism.
