President Obama Betrays Our Men and Women in Uniform

There is no other way to construe this speech than as a direct betrayal of the men and women serving under Obama’s presidency.

His points are ludicrous on several levels. First of all, no sane person is suggesting that Kaepernick is breaking the law. The opposition to his kneeling is instead pointing out how his protest is disrespectful to everyone who has died protecting the flag, an immature response to a complicated topic regarding law enforcement, and mostly, an ineffective protest that has no aim, goal or hope of bringing meaningful change.

The craziness goes further when Obama says that the men and women on the front lines of our military need to stop and consider the pain that this spoiled, multi-million dollar salaried quarterback is feeling. Once again Obama demonstrates the strength of his leadership by trying to ride the fence on a divisive issue to ensure both sides are further entrenched against each other.

The only thing more ridiculous than this speech is the Black Lives Matter (BLM) response. They have officially condemned it as being against their cause, even though he clearly supported Kaepernick’s actions.
